Yoga comes to life in these fun, structured, progressive and creative classes designed to stimulate a young child’s growing curiosity.
By themselves or in conjunction with attending our ballet classes at Little Ballerinas, your child aged 3 to 5 years old.....will not want to miss out on this!
Through the practice of postures, games, visualization, song, dance, creativity, partner yoga, breathing, relaxation play and a huge amount of fun, we are able to teach the children about their budding bodies and healthy skills for life.
Through the practice of Yoga, children not only experience the physical benefits of increased strength, flexibility, posture and balance; they also learn invaluable life skills such as relaxation techniques, that will help them cope with challenges now, through their adolescence and into adulthood.
Using wonderful imagery like all of our classes at Little Ballerinas, our yoga class will keep your child engaged from the minute go!
