"Thanks so much Trish for offering such great classes. The 1 hour class is fantastic, alot of the other dance schools don't offer the full hour for the little ones as they think they can't handle it, but you keep the attention of the children and for that you should be very proud. Well done. I know Ella loves, loves, loves Saturdays!"

Our Ballet classes for preschoolers at Little Ballerinas are simply magical.
If you are looking for something new for your children 3, 4 or 5 and you live in the St George or Sutherland Shire areas or close by, then these dance classes are for you. Imagine their excitement as they tiptoe around the room in their pink tutus and balance like a 'big ballerina' in a retire and arabesque! Their smiles will be from ear to ear and they won't be able to wait till "next ballet day" to be a part of it all again. "Eleanor loves her ballet class because it makes her laugh, and she feels so happy when she's dancing. When I asked her what her favourite part of class was she said 'I can't tell you mum, I have to show you'. A very sweet impromptu concert followed." Eleanor 3 years & Mum Nadia The Fairy Ballet dance classes at Little Ballerinas is a creative & structured program that provides a magical experience for your little one. Our carefully aged appropriate ballet classes are designed to enhance their creativity, boost confidence all while learning the foundatons of ballet and movement exploration. Specifically designed for 3 year olds up to their 6th birthday, the ballet classes focus on creativity, fun and enjoyment. Using a variety of classical music, nursery rhymes and quite a few familiar songs, the children amongst many things will be introduced to ballet; they will twirl, point, balance, stretch, run on their tippy toes and simply twinkle like a star. Students this age respond best to less formal learning environments and by leading and engaging the toddlers and preschoolers in dance classes that are creative through different activities, they absorb the foundations of ballet technique & terminology without even knowing they are actually doing it. These unique ballet classes involve different term themes that continue to develop the students abilities and extend their imaginations. With a few structured dances, improvisation and the use of dance props including wands, scarves, ribbons and all things beautiful, these budding little ballerinas are taken into the wonderful world of ballerinas and imagination. Using a tried and true 'follow the leader' approach combined with many opportunities for the individual students to use their imagination and explore movement, these 1 hour classes incorporate improvisation, mime, creativity and help to develop co-ordination, balance, spatial awareness and a love for music. |
Your child, aged 3, 4 or 5 will simply love coming to these ballet classes, having a magical experience in Fairy Ballet at Little Ballerinas.
